I had this problem and it was caused by IE not being the default browser. You can correct this by following this answer Visual Studio opens the default browser instead of Internet Explorer

I figured this out – there is a setting in MSBuild where you can choose x64 or x86 environment for MSBuild (in the same page where you set MSBuild flags) – set it to x86 and everything will work.

DateTime has the range: January 1, 1753, through December 31, 9999 DateTime2 has the range: 0001-01-01 through 9999-12-31 So if you are entering a date before 1753 you would get this error when the field in the table is of type DateTime.
