Parsing error: DeprecationError: ‘originalKeywordKind’ has been deprecated since v5.0.0 and can no longer be used

Having updated libs:

@typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin
@typescript-eslint/parser

to versions 6.x resolved the problem.
