Why do I get an error when installing Pillow 3.0.0 on Ubuntu?

Did you install the dependencies for pillow ? You can install them by

$ sudo apt-get build-dep python-imaging
$ sudo apt-get install libjpeg8 libjpeg62-dev libfreetype6 libfreetype6-dev
