FFmpeg have option to map all streams to output, you have to use option -map 0 to map all streams from input to output. In full line it might look like: ffmpeg -i in.mp4 -c copy -map 0 out.mp4 For more info see the documentation on stream selection and the -map option.
Use the -f parameter to tell ffmpeg which output-format to use. E.g ffmpeg -i input.mpg … -f mp4 output to create a file named output in mp4 format.
The original question is now more than 5 years old. In the meantime there is now a solution for a WinRT solution from ffmpeg and an integration sample from Microsoft.
Sounds like a CORS issue. The Video is on a different origin than the web server. If you can get the video to include an “Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *” header in the response, and you can set video.crossorigin = “Anonymous”, then you can probably pull this off.
