There is an HAR Viewer developed by Jan Odvarko that you can use. You either use the online version at http://www.softwareishard.com/har/viewer/ (older version) http://gitgrimbo.github.io/harviewer/master/ (up-to-date master branch) Or download the source-code at https://github.com/janodvarko/harviewer.
