Is Java RegEx case-insensitive?

You can also match case insensitive regexs and make it more readable by using the Pattern.CASE_INSENSITIVE constant like:

Pattern mypattern = Pattern.compile(MYREGEX, Pattern.CASE_INSENSITIVE);
Matcher mymatcher= mypattern.matcher(mystring);
