Instructions:
Build->Configuration manager->Active solution configuration->New...- Create a new configuration named:
Offline. Project->Properties->Build->Configuration->Offline.- Conditional compilation symbols, type:
OFFLINE. - Save project.
- Restart Visual Studio (reloading the project is not enough).
