How to import JsonConvert in C# application?

JsonConvert is from the namespace Newtonsoft.Json, not System.ServiceModel.Web

Use NuGet to download the package

“Project” -> “Manage NuGet packages” -> “Search for “newtonsoft json”. -> click “install”.
