File | Invalidate Caches, restart.
Or manually delete the following folders:
Linux/Windows:
- USER_HOME/.IntelliJIdea
XX/system
Mac:
- ~/Library/Caches/IntelliJIDEA
XX
(where XX is your IDEA version).
