Find the Number of Occurrences of a Substring in a String

How about using StringUtils.countMatches from Apache Commons Lang?

String str = "helloslkhellodjladfjhello";
String findStr = "hello";

System.out.println(StringUtils.countMatches(str, findStr));

That outputs:

3
