C# AssemblyFileVersion usage within a program

Use ProductMajorPart/ProductMinorPart instead of FileMajorPart/FileMinorPart :

    {
        get
        {
            Assembly asm = Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly();
            FileVersionInfo fvi = FileVersionInfo.GetVersionInfo(asm.Location);
            return String.Format("{0}.{1}", fvi.ProductMajorPart, fvi.ProductMinorPart);
        }
    }
