You can zoom the storyboard by double-click canvas or using top-menu(Editor > Canvas > Zoom). Alternatively: Right click blank space on canvas and choose zoom level (allows to zoom out further than double click)
You MUST set scalesPageToFit=YES for any pinching and zooming to work on a UIWebView

You need to look for the Increase Font Size and Decrease Font Size options on the Keymap menu, you can see the options on my screenshot. You will find the Keymap menu under Preferences > Keymap. Assigning on those will have the expected effect for font zoom.
