Yes, you can transfer the app to other since WWDC 2013. Also, you can call the Apple Support to change the Seller Name. Here is a video about this: App Transfer Tutorial.

How to move iOS apps from one developer account to another? [closed]
Yes it’s possible. Go to iTunesConnect, click on the app you want to transfer and click on “transfer app”. The app will still be available on the app store during the transfer. More information is available here in Apple Documentation.

The solution is simple: Login with this account to iTunes (not iTunesConnect). I am sure you didn’t do that. You can take your iPhone or iPad to do that or download the iTunes application.

That happened to me as well, but it was under Contracts, Tax, and Banking. You had to push a button that said request, or something like that, and check a box. Once you do that, it may take a few seconds to update, but you should be good to go.
