You could use NOT IN:

SELECT A.* FROM A WHERE ID NOT IN(SELECT ID FROM B)

However, meanwhile i prefer NOT EXISTS:

SELECT A.* FROM A WHERE NOT EXISTS(SELECT 1 FROM B WHERE B.ID=A.ID)
