Notepad++ XmlTools Not Installing [closed]

Hey, just had the same issue.

You need to download ext_libs.zip, and extract the contents to where you have installed the Notepadd++.

Something like

C:\Program Files\Notepad++

Then restart Notepad++, and this should work.
