Magento addFieldToFilter: Two fields, match as OR, not AND

I’ve got another way to add an or condition in the field:

->addFieldToFilter(
    array('title', 'content'),
    array(
        array('like'=>'%$titlesearchtext%'), 
        array('like'=>'%$contentsearchtext%')
    )
)
