brew info mysql gives you the instructions for loading MySQL at startup, but here’s all you need to do:
mkdir -p ~/Library/LaunchAgents
cp `brew --prefix mysql`/*mysql*.plist ~/Library/LaunchAgents/
launchctl load -w ~/Library/LaunchAgents/*mysql*.plist
