How to know if a Fragment is Visible?

You should be able to do the following:

MyFragmentClass test = (MyFragmentClass) getSupportFragmentManager().findFragmentByTag("testID");
if (test != null && test.isVisible()) {
     //DO STUFF
}
else {
    //Whatever
}
