How to get the timezone offset in GMT(Like GMT+7:00) from android device?

System.out.printf("GMT offset is %s hours", TimeUnit.HOURS.convert(mGMTOffset, TimeUnit.MILLISECONDS)); 

(TimeUnit is “java.util.concurrent.TimeUnit”)
