Grouped UITableview remove outer separator line

You can remove separators even in grouped UITableView with Static Cell:

class CustomCell: UITableViewCell {

override func layoutSubviews() {
    super.layoutSubviews()
    for view in subviews where view != contentView {
        view.removeFromSuperview()
    }
}
