ext in buildscript can not be recognised by Gradle Kotlin DSL

With Kotlin DSL ext has been changed to extra and it can be used under buildscript.

Eg :-

    extra.apply{
        set("minSdkVersion", 26)
        set("targetSdkVersion", 27)
    }
}
