You can do something like this

String alert1 = "No. of attempts: " + counter;
String alert2 = "No. of wins: " + counterpos;
String alert3 = "No. of losses: " + counterneg;
alertDialog.setMessage(alert1 +"\n"+ alert2 +"\n"+ alert3);
