Detect when a presented view controller is dismissed

There is a special Boolean property inside UIViewController called isBeingDismissed that you can use for this purpose:

override func viewWillDisappear(_ animated: Bool) {
    super.viewWillDisappear(animated)
    if isBeingDismissed {
        // TODO: Do your stuff here.
    }
}
