For me it was sufficient to delete the two Cache files Assemblies.cache Composition.cache in C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree.exe_<random_string>\<version_number> That way I didn’t need to reinstall or reconfigure my Sourcetree.
