Auto yes to the License Agreement on sudo apt-get -y install oracle-java7-installer

try this out:

sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:webupd8team/java
sudo apt-get update
echo debconf shared/accepted-oracle-license-v1-1 select true | sudo debconf-set-selections
echo debconf shared/accepted-oracle-license-v1-1 seen true | sudo debconf-set-selections
sudo apt-get -y install oracle-java7-installer 

running 3rd and 4th command on my debian 7.1 helps, so I think the same can help on ubuntu as well
