Android disable space only for Edittext

This solution worked for me :

android:digits="ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz1234567890"
android:inputType="textFilter"

Add it into edit text in the XML file
