Add CSS box shadow around the whole DIV

You’re offsetting the shadow, so to get it to uniformly surround the box, don’t offset it:

-moz-box-shadow: 0 0 3px #ccc;
-webkit-box-shadow: 0 0 3px #ccc;
box-shadow: 0 0 3px #ccc;
