Any conda or pip operation give SSL Error in windows 10

I was able to solve the issue following THIS instructions.
Basically:
* copy the following files from CONDA_PATH\Library\bin to CONDA_PATH\DLLs

libcrypto-1_1-x64.*
libssl-1_1-x64.*
