A fatal error was encountered. The library ‘libhostpolicy.so’ required

For me it was the following line that I had to add to the project file’s PropertyGroup section that did the trick:

<GenerateRuntimeConfigurationFiles>true</GenerateRuntimeConfigurationFiles>
