Finding rows with same values in multiple columns

Try the following:

SELECT A.*
FROM YourTable A
INNER JOIN (SELECT Address, State
            FROM YourTable
            GROUP BY Address, State
            HAVING COUNT(*) > 1) B
ON A.Address = B.Address AND A.State = B.State
