Shortcut key to select word in Eclipse

Shift + Alt + ↑ selects enclosing elements.

Shift + Alt + ↓ reverses Shift + Alt + ↑.

Shift + Alt + ← selects enclosing elements moving up the file.

Shift + Alt + → selects enclosing elements moving down the file.
