There is a Bootstrap3 native solution:

since Bootstrap 3.2.0!
If you are using Bootstrap < v3.2.0 so look into “responsive-embed.less” file of v3.2.0 – possibly you can use/copy this code in your case (it works for me in v3.1.1).
