Map string column in Entity Framework to Enum

Probably a nicer version.

OrderStateIdentifier field is used for both JSON serialization and database field,
while OrderState is only used in the code for convenience.

        set { OrderState = value.ToEnum<OrderState>(); }
    }

    [JsonIgnore]
