Just follows these steps:

  1. Go to Control Panel → Program and Feature.
  2. Click on Turn Window Features on and off. A window opens.
  3. Uncheck Hyper-V and Windows Hypervisor Platform options and restart your system.

Now, you can Start HAXM installation without any error.
