Insert multiple rows into single column

To insert into only one column, use only one piece of data:

INSERT INTO Data ( Col1 ) VALUES
('Hello World');

Alternatively, to insert multiple records, separate the inserts:

INSERT INTO Data ( Col1 ) VALUES
('Hello'),
('World');
