how to config grunt.js to minify files separately

Had the same problem and found a solution that would automatically minify all my scripts separately:

uglify: {
      build: {
        files: [{
            expand: true,
            src: '**/*.js',
            dest: 'build/scripts',
            cwd: 'app/scripts'
        }]
      }
    }
