Simply turning VS off and on again removed this error for me.
Check the Error List if you have any error, I had a non recognized word in VS (but it did in SQL Server), I commented it out, re-compared and it was enabled successfully.

Install Team Foundation Sidekicks. It’s free. Open the Workspace Sidekick, click Search, and select your workspace from the list. Click the blue computer icon to Update Workspace Computer Name and you’re done.
