Slack bot cannot post message to private channel
Did you invite the bot to the channel? A bot can’t post in a private channel if it’s not a member – you need to invite it to the channel like you would a person. @YourBotsName will do it!

You can /remove (or /kick) the bot. Type /kick @botname in the channel which you want the bot to leave.
You can accomplish this by typing /remind list into the private channel’s message box. You’ll then see a list of all active reminders in the channel along with links to Delete them.
