CLion: Keyboard cmd to switch between header and implementation files like in xcode

The shortcut is called ‘Related Symbol’ in the keymap.
On Mac it defaults to Ctrl+Cmd+Up,
on Windows/Linux — to Ctrl+Alt+Home.
