Radio button is not working properly

Because you’ve different value for name attribute, they should have a common name value, just like you group items.. for example

<input type="radio" name="group1" />
<input type="radio" name="group1" />
<input type="radio" name="group1" />

<!-- You can select any one from each group -->

<input type="radio" name="group2" />
<input type="radio" name="group2" />
<input type="radio" name="group2" />
