Why is my RSpec not loading Devise::Test::ControllerHelpers?

You could add the following to your rails_helper:

RSpec.configure do |config|
  config.include Devise::Test::ControllerHelpers, type: :controller
end

This will include Devise::Test::ControllerHelpers module in all :controller specs.
