Using $setValidity inside a Controller
This line: myForm.file.$setValidity(“myForm.file.$error.size”, false); Should be $scope.myForm.file.$setValidity(“size”, false);

The reason you can’t access the input is because the Foundation tab (or ng-repeat?) creates an isolate scope.
