Xcode 8.X.X is doesn’t support on macos 10.12 later version. Cause of issue: “DYLD, [0x4] Symbol missing” and also doesn’t meet the swift version. so you need to upgrade your Xcode version or downgrade your os version below 10.12
Go to Xcode Preferences -> Accounts tab -> Double-click your team name -> Click the + at the bottom left of the dialog box that appears -> Select iOS Development. This will create a new development certificate that will allow you to install and test on your device.

In Xcode7 and earlier versions, the commenting option was available in Editor > Structure > Comment Selection. In Xcode 8 this option is disabled.
